Glow 2 requires Windows 7+, Mac OSX 10.9+, and a GPU with OpenGL 3.3 or higher. There have been some compatibility changes to the program as well. No singular effect will suit all images, nor will it satisfy all artists, but herein lies the beauty of such a plugin. Glow 2 transforms your digital images into surrealist, fractalized artwork with varying levels of effect from “huh?” to mind melting, acid tripping, ocular sensory chaos.
